Introducing the Easter Egger Chicken! Do you love colorful eggs? This is the chicken for you! Easter Eggers originates from Chile in South America, first found by the Araucana Indians! These chickens can come in a variety of colors and are considered a "mixed breed", they can be bred back to Ameraucanas to increase their chances of blue eggs or bred to a dark egg layer to add more olive chances! 
 
They can lay a variety of egg colors including blue, green, pink, yellow and light brown, perfect for an easter basket! They are good layers, laying medium size eggs, up to 200 a year roughly. They are tolerant of heat but not fans of cold weather and have a calm personality although some people find them flighty.
