Hatching Eggs Terms and FAQ
Hatching eggs are a GAMBLE, I can do everything possible to make sure my fertility is up to par and pack your eggs as safely as possible however things do occur. Please read all the way through these so you are well informed!
-After the eggs leave my possession I am not liable for things that are out of my control such as: Lost Packages, Late arrivals, damaged boxes, low viability. My shipments are packed with extreme care and are insured so please reach out if your package arrives late or damaged. We will contact the courier service used for the shipping to try to get the situation remedied.
-There are NO GUARANTEES ON HATCH RATES OF SHIPPED EGGS. I do my absolute best to send you the FRESHEST eggs possible and keep the Hen to Rooster ratio appropriate to ensure excellent fertility. I also test fertility myself by hatching my own eggs regularly. Please do your research on hatching eggs and how to get the best results before purchasing.
-There are NO REFUNDS on any orders. NO EXCEPTIONS. This is my job and my pride and joy, I take everything very seriously and work religiously to pack the freshest most fertile eggs and give you the best chance.
Chick Shipping/ On Farm Pickup
We are currently NOT shipping chicks, check back in the Spring/Summer! Have an on farm pickup or delivery? Read below:
We have a 48 Hour Live Chick Guarantee, that means if a chick passes within 48 hours of you picking up or having them dropped off we will refund or replace if we have stock left. We pride ourselves on having healthy chicks and will send you home with a care package to ensure your babies have the best possible start! IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM Contact us RIGHT away, do not wait!!! Chicks are fragile and we may be able to intervene or advise you in some way, but only if we know there is an issue!!
Wholesale Inquiries
As a small scale breeder we will need advance notice for wholesale inquiries. Looking for a large order of chicks or Pullets? No problem, fill out our contact farm and we'll get right back to you. Our Main Layer Flock consists of around 30 Hens of laying age. Let us know if you have a wholesale inquiry for eating eggs.
